      Co- workers were like family to me.

      Cons

      Management shows no compassion. I was diagnosed with Cancer. After using all of my FMLA, I applied for STD, My Manager sent me a text telling me to come to work the following day because Collins policy does not have to hold my job. Sad but True. I have documentation

      Pay is decent. You will have *some* great colleagues. Exposure to interesting products and services.

      Cons

      From an HR perspective, the company has lost sight of the needs of the business and of the people doing the work. Instead, favoring what is shiny and new. HR *leadership* promotes people into roles of great influence that they are not experienced or prepared for. Higher value is placed on those who manage up and put together a nice slide deck under the guise of actual meaningful work. It's embarrassing.
