Pros

Potential with right people. 5 word minimum on this is required but that's all the pro beside weekly pay.

Cons

Lack of strategic views on how to bring a team together. Manager and certain techs on a power trip which cause toxicity. They prefer push over or shut up workers here. When they don't like you they make false stories about your work to get rid of you. They talk about you loud enough for other employees to hear. Not enough hours to split on flat rate. It's a sham they tell you things to get you in the doorwoman empowerment and team work and family. All lies as soon as you bring error to their attention there is no room for growth or acceptance. Favoritism should not be allowed nor gossip about people's pay. Completely unprofessional and unprecedented. Low quality people with noses higher then their own s....you know what I meant.

Pros

Low stress daily work environment

Cons

Coming to work is not worth your time. Estimator pay has a bonus factored in that you’ll never get bc of how the business works. The work they do is shady. Parental leave is only 2 paid weeks (for everybody, including women). Only 8 days for PTO that includes everything: vacation, sick, etc. so they never expect you to take time off. Morale is pretty low. Nobody loves being there & they don’t pay you enough to care about continuing to come.
