Coming to work is not worth your time. Estimator pay has a bonus factored in that you’ll never get bc of how the business works. The work they do is shady. Parental leave is only 2 paid weeks (for everybody, including women). Only 8 days for PTO that includes everything: vacation, sick, etc. so they never expect you to take time off. Morale is pretty low. Nobody loves being there & they don’t pay you enough to care about continuing to come.
3 Call Center Employees, 2 work from Home and 1 is part time. Office is not located in Dublin with Corporate, but in a old 3 C Body Shop Building in Worthington on N High St.
Cons
Horrid Benefits for single employees, or family members. Worst I have seen, you will work just to pay for the Benefits. PTO for full time Employees are 8 days, that includes sick days for the year.
