Pros

I think it was a great company overall depending on what location. Potential to make decent money. Everybody I worked with I liked on a personal level. Professionally if your halfway decent in sales you can destroy sales competition. I needed some time off for a emergency and they worked with me.

Cons

Well, To be honest I was there 4-5 months and became leading salesman by the 3rd month and didn't have to try. Other salesman/women were not motivated, didn't smile and didn't seem to care. Kind of content with the hourly wage I guess. When customers came in they would give me there customers depending on ethnicity/race because they predetermined certain races wont buy. (thanks for the free money). Shop had not been cleaned for months before I got there. I took some initiative and cleaned it from top to bottom. Mistake because it was then expected after that. Lack of customers/bad location. There were more days than not that I had zero customers or maybe one customer if I was lucky. Made for crappy commissions. I also was supposed to receive a bonus for top salesman and I also won a contest I believe. I put in my 2 weeks a couple weeks after being told I received the monthly bonus and contest. Needless to say I never received anything besides my last check which was short but wasn't worth the fight.

Pros

Learning and developing new ways to design interior spaces. Working closely with granite manufacturers, tile supply vendors. Very close knit working environment - but held the capacity to communicate all over the world to work on unique projects, etc

Cons

Some long hours - but usually very worth it to get the job done right.

Pros

None not even a steady pay check

Cons

They will cut your pay, they do payroll internally but you show up for your check and it’s not ready, hold on your check because the money isn’t in their bank, you have no resolution for people who have issues, management is not helpful
