Negotiable salary, great immediate leadership, great benefits.

Cons

Commute too long for those on the Southside. Hybrid job for the entire office 3 days a week. The hybrid schedule is not great, Mon., Tues, Thurs. The Wed gap can provide added anxiety for those who dread going into the office. Not much room for growth.
