Good pay. If you get a mid level position you will have a favorable work schedule.

Cons

Alot of unpaid work. A culture that supports working for free. Will spend your days off "on call" unable to really enjoy your time. Will have to spend some days off in a hotel due to inclimate weather conditions and will not get paid for it.
