Treats Interns/Co-ops Extremely Well, Full Time Employees Slightly Less so

Pros

As an intern, you will be treated at times better than the full time employees. This includes having free housing during your internship/co-op. Once you become a full time employee, you are treated well, just nothing extraordinary.

Cons

Work is boring most of the time. The problem with this is that when work is exciting, it's usually because something bad happened.
