Freedom to develop yourself. Freedom to make the job your own and succeed on your own. Great benefits package.

Cons

Very political. Too many "older employees" that have "always done it this way" Unwilling to change. Few opportunities to move around within your own career field. Lots of opportunities if you want to change your career, but then you're stuck there.
