Abandonment of Legacy Values

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Good pay, flexibility, people (individual contributors and low-level managers).

Cons

The culture has been upended since the current CEO joined the company. There has been a complete abandonment of the field by the CLT. They only care about growth and are stretching an already maxed out field organization. As a result, safety incidents were at a record high in 2024. The gap between corporate and field has grown exponentially. What was once a very employee-centric company has now become robotic and impersonal. Intrinsically motivated individuals - proceed with caution.

Pros

Great people outside of high level management.

Cons

High level management is a big problem. Especially at the CEO level. She is a pawn of people trying to do a valuation for a sale.
