Pros

Decent pay for the area, but below average for the industry. Benefits are pretty good for the area, but subpar for the industry. If your looking to start a career in oil and gas its not a bad place to learn the ropes. The company is full of knowledgeable people willing to share. Average age of the control room is probably high 20's low 30's so a bit of a passing of the guard going on there.

Cons

poor management and nepotism combined with a frat mentality results in a work place where your part of the in crowd or your not. Management relies heavily on other peoples opinions to form there own and results in a toxic work place. Also the company is very focused on public image before and especially since the hack.

Pros

Good benefits, company card and vehicle.

Cons

It's a very who you know place. Promoting with colonial is so slow didn't matter what the experience was. Management is behind the times and will want you to come into work during a natural disaster just to sit at your desk then send you home a the worst possible time.

Pros

Co-workers were great, not much else. If must, use as stepping stone for better jobs.

Cons

After initial pre-set salary increases, prepare for 1-3% pay raises for rest of employment. Annual reviews will nickel and dime you out of a good rating and bonus while red carpet rolled out for college grads who are connected. Diversity and Inclusion pushed down throats while management only care about their careers/next promotion and padding their resumes while they do little to nothing except attend meetings. The same 5-10 middle managers switch positions every 2 years with zero added value except promoting who they like. Identity crisis with aging pipeline, primary focus on shareholders and bloated corporate office.
