      great CEO she really cares about her employees The office atmosphere is great. Easy to understand the position.

      Cons

      Some managers in the office are really rude and highly political. It makes a lot of people uncomfortable. The clients and customers can be aggressive and rude. You need to have good customer service to work here.

      Eventually you will realize nothing will ever change, and won't waste any more time staying there.

      Cons

      The company is small, and the culture is to employ within. This is OK if those people are educated and experienced , but they are not. Management is made up of inexperienced worn out people who do not listen to anything that can benefit or change the company. The turnover is ridiculous. Do not work here. Nothing will ever change.
