Pros

Senior Managers are excellent! They have great insight to the industry and work as long or longer than they ask their staff. Open door policy- if you need to speak with someone from department leaders, HR or the owner...they are available for you. Great weekly recognition for all departments. Work with motivated people. Happy place to work.

Cons

Big work commitment- for many it is fine , for some people looking for more of a work/life balance it could be a challenge.

Pros

Great Work enviroment, I enjoyed working there but was burnt out after a while workflow balance is very hefty things could be streamlined a little bit better.

Cons

Not many, I'd say quality of service on the back end can improve carrier acquisition is difficult as there is a shortage of viable truck drivers so that is hard to control of course.
