Pros

Senior Managers are excellent! They have great insight to the industry and work as long or longer than they ask their staff. Open door policy- if you need to speak with someone from department leaders, HR or the owner...they are available for you. Great weekly recognition for all departments. Work with motivated people. Happy place to work.

Cons

Big work commitment- for many it is fine , for some people looking for more of a work/life balance it could be a challenge.

Terrible office staff I been working 2 years and 90% what the office trying to handle - going all the way wrong I didn’t get escrow back still. Since Feb, 2026 they’re holding my $7500 and no worries about it
