Great people, supportive managers, big commissions, fun contests and prizes.

A bit slower during off-season, but busy and great commissions in season.

Pros

I worked for this company for several year. I would have to say that the owner of the company does accept you in as family. The workload is not your standard customer service call center. it a MOVING COMPANY.

Cons

Only thing about this company that I don't like about the company is they would hire someone without the correct experience in the moving industry. They do give raise at all they tell you during hiring that you would receive a review and raise after your 90 days.... LIES!!!!!!!! They don't mind giving you more work and less pay. The customer service management team really sucks they do the bare minimum and that goes for the remaining management team also. Nothing is really is done in black and white its case by case scenario!!!
