      Collaborative and transparent culture - teams work very cross functionally Product and mission you can easily get behind - scalable platform that can save patient lives Smart people - excited to come to work every day to work with a very sharp team

      Overall no major cons though at times feel like decisions could be made faster

      - Great perks and fun team culture - Total transparency from leadership to the whole company with regards to roadmap and financial standing - Large enough to have resources to do meaningful work and small enough to be able to lead the charge no matter what position you're in - So much room for personal growth - Incredible flexibility to WFH or around particular hours (there's a big young family population and leadership is supportive of a true work-life balance)

      - Too many treats around the office
