Friend circle certain people are close to HR personal seal your ideas and use it as their own very manipulative coworkers talk bad about you to head office personnel to me themselves look good bad communication in management head office hire individuals who are from other sites that they are close friends with and they are not qualified for the sites the rating is not accurate on Glassdoor very high turnover ratio under paid bad health insurance had to ask multiple times for my health insurance packet I will never refer anyone to this company not even as a beginner in security no team work at sites you will have to do everything yourself people do not follow orders if you are a supervisor on the polls, they will complain to the field supervisor, they are friends with and if you write them up for insubordination that field supervisor that is close with the HR person now will lose the paperwork lot of favoritism heavily
