Amazing people and facilities! Flexible work hours and hybrid schedule. Good benefits.
Cons
There's very little career advancement. I have a PhD and make $80K a year. I was hired knowing it was a step down, but was told there would be room for advancement. I've asked for a raise 3 times only to be told it would only happen through grants but the grant landscape is gone. Many of my colleagues have worked here for 5 years and have never received a merit-based raise even though they deserve one.
