Cons
Lack of organization and leadership from top management on down. No clear plans on how to achieve goals. Management, with a few notable exceptions, engages in favoritism and petty office politics, actively seeks to sabotage efforts by workers either out of spite or incompetence. Terrible morale is only accentuated by empty efforts on the part of management to bring in "motivational speakers" or forcing workers to engage in time and resource-wasting "group activities" that are allegedly team-building but are scheduled in such a way as to interfere with important events or daily work activities. In short, again, with few notable exceptions, workers were constantly set up for failure.
