Time Off, Benefits, Hard working coworkers

Cons

Complete 180 after merger. Micro managing execs making bad decision after bad decision. Q4 earnings has them scrambling. Upward mobility is not encouraged. I have not seen a single internal promotion in the 3 years I have been with the bank. Lots of talented people have left in the last year.

Pros

Hard working and talented associates that could make a difference if allowed to. Paid volunteer time and a very diverse staff.

Cons

Since the merger the executive management has proven they do not care about employees and maintaining a work life balance. Return to office even if PT has been a disaster and a slap in the face. No consistency and difficult to get anything accomplished. Under staffed so be ready to work harder and under more pressure!

Currently allows remote work, but that’s going away in March 2024.

Cons

Management is essentially non existent. Leadership does a horrible job with change and communication. Ever since the merger with Columbia, benefits and incentives to work here have been diminishing. New CEO is a joke and is driving this bank into the ground or a potential buyout.
