      Pros

      Mid-lower management is great. But slowly losing autonomy or leaving.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is totally out of touch and only value each other. Culture since CEO leadership change has completely tanked and morale is at an all time low. Benefits and pay are terrible. Would not recommend as an employer to a friend or family.

      Umpqua Bank is merely Columbia Bank in a disguise led by unqualified and closed minded types, and in no way looks or feels like the former Umpqua Bank. Its values are only aspirational words on a poster, meaning it’s all talk and no walk, and an employee focused culture is non-existent. Employees are just underpaid and unappreciated workers whose only purpose is to generate profits to benefit others.
