      The most "meh" company in the world

      Pros

      Great health benefits. Most of the people you work directly with are very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      Company has been completely disorganized since the merger with Columbia. Upper management is not transparent at all about big changes being made. Pay is below industry standard for most positions. Growth opportunities are virtually nonexistent if you don't personally know someone with some sway in the company.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck and only have to sell your soul to the devil.

      Cons

      The management is terrible. They put leaders in charge who have no clue what they are doing. Layoffs with zero communication from upper management. They want everyone fearing for their jobs.

      Pros

      Some honest Pros? Decent Health care though gotten a bit worse over time. Overall benefits decent, also gotten a bit worse over time.

      Cons

      Pay is substandard, the new upper management is substandard compared to Cort and pre-merger. The merger of Umpqua and Columbia never made sense. And it's not been run the best with insane deadlines and work hours for many. Now ANOTHER round of layoffs and some of those let go make zero sense.
