Pros

Decent benefits and work/life balance. Good group of people in immediate local teams.

Cons

Compensation, return to work initiative, processes and procedures. Upper management is delusional to the day to day difficulties we encounter within our systems and processes and how difficult it is to do anything. Somedays it just feels like running into wall after wall while trying to assist our customers. Culture is something that is preached and not practiced.

- Schedule is consistent - Benefits are great - Desk space is great - No micromanaging - Break room is exceptional - Management is pretty consistent - Learning opportunities are numerous

Cons

- Rumors surrounding mergers is negative. - Pay is not on par. - Driving to Liberty Lake is long and the bus system is not great when it comes to getting out to the technology campus in Liberty Lake. - At times it seems like the leads are not aware of changes to procedures and they also at times dont provide the needed support with answers being vague at times.

Upper management ONLY cares about shareholders. Nothing is ever in the budget even though every quarter they net more than 110 million in profit. Low pay. And raises are 3% yearly if they're feeling generous
