Very relaxed corporate culture. Nothing to strict on dress code or being on time to work... as long as you get your work done that is.

Community Oriented. There is a real community feel within the teams, with the customers and in the work we do throughout our foot print. We are empowered to do the right thing for our customers.

Cons

They do like to promote from within but there are not always openings available. Some of the management is good at retaining the great employees but some are not and we lose a lot of good people. This makes it more difficult for the ones that remain because we spend a lot of time training new people.
