Cons

Fairly low pay compared to others that are with in a similar industry. They are forward looking so they are looking to increase this.

Second best employer I've ever worked for. This is a great company with a great mission.

Cons

Can't say what the cons are because (as with all companies) it really depends on the position. Which has to do with the large size of the company. If you're applying to a Teller position, your experience is going to be vastly different than senior level staff or HR.

The attitude and care towards employees is wonderful. This is the most positive and encouraging place I have ever worked. The option to volunteer during work hours is unheard of till I came to Umpqua. In few words, I love my job and my coworkers.

Cons

Change in staff since I have worked here has been tough.
