Business Outlook
Pros
Company seems to take good care of full time and part time employees. Good benefits and very average vacation time. The Position Universal Associate is down played but basically you are responsible for everything. There are loan goals but it isn't the end of the world if you don't meet them. I had a great manager for a year and i half of my five years working for the company.
Cons
The company can be very "political". Raises are basically non existent and hard to come by. Often times hard work can go completely unnoticed. Management wasn't always supportive or consistent.
