Pros

Great benefits, generally positive work environment, easy job. Fun events are fairly often hosted by the company. I do genuinely enjoy most of the people I work with.

Cons

Company cutbacks, no encouragement for growth, leadership and managerial tasks lack strength and follow through. My manager discourages growth and expanding of my skills due to cut backs on hours. Programs necessary for the job are often slow and inefficient.
