      Pros

      Smaller bank, community bank feel. There is a feeling in the bank that we are there to service the community. That we want to serve the communities that we are in.

      Cons

      The bank is behind the times in relationship to technology. The systems that we use are not very advanced and it is difficult to maneuver at times through the systems

      Pros

      The team that worked for me was excellent. I was able to hire competent associates and make a positive impact to reduce and prevent fraud.

      Cons

      CEO and other Executive Management is out of touch with how to run a bank in the 21st century. Spent more time explaining to management why their decisions to under-staff, and half complete technology roll-outs were a bad idea. All positions in my department were underpaid and yet way overworked.

      Pros

      40 hours off a year to volunteer, this is most likely the high point for this company, but it's all in for outward appearances.

      Cons

      Too much responsibility not enough pay! 10 years with the company exceeding goals and winning awards, I don't even make 15 an hour!!!
