Ray Davis Brings a Fresh Perspective to Banking

Pros

While I don't always agree there more things I admire with Mr. Davis and his willingness to challenge the status quo. Make no mistake about his boldness. I am thankful to be working for this organization that cares about its communities, customers and employees.

Cons

Like most businesses, margins are getting smaller and it means making tough business decisions to keep moving forward.

The best thing about working here was the health/dental insurance. By far the best I've had.

Cons

the pay is far below industry average, and the management/gossiping is horrible. In my old branch, every time I'd ask a question, They'd make me feel stupid (because they didn't know), so I stopped asking and started doing research in my free time.

If you want to just show up an earn a check, this is probably a good place.

Cons

Management is very bad. They have grown so fast, so quick, the management teams are very poor leaders and most of the upper management is constantly lying to the regular employees about the company's future to keep them doing their job and not quitting. They force "culture" down your throat, but it's easy to see that many managers don't care or take it seriously, and conspicuously have frequent "phone calls" they have to attend during the morning brain washing (MoMo wooo!)
