Umpqua Bank isn't a horrible place to work. Not having to work major holidays is great! My benefits are pretty decent. And motivational moments can be fun.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth within company. The starting wage seems great until you find out the raises don't exist and you will never make a lovable wage if you stay.
