      Pros

      They don't push you to sell like some of the big banks, community feel, great benefits, flexible with my lifestyle.

      Cons

      Should have received better comp for my "promotion". I make the same/less than some with less experience and lower job title, way less responsibility. Bank is expanding so there have been some stressful conversions. Hopefully uphill from now on.

      Pros

      Community focus - full time employees receive 40 hours PTO for volunteer work each year. Doing the Right Thing - employees are empowered to provide exceptional customer service. Flexible - Didn't feel bad about working partial day to take care of personal things

      Cons

      Wages - moderate raises and poor bonuses in my group. Hard to job shadow, it seemed like if you weren't already in the department you wanted to work in, you couldn't get in.

      Pros

      Smaller bank, community bank feel. There is a feeling in the bank that we are there to service the community. That we want to serve the communities that we are in.

      Cons

      The bank is behind the times in relationship to technology. The systems that we use are not very advanced and it is difficult to maneuver at times through the systems
