Pros

The culture is extremely strong and practiced on a daily basis. This is not a company that just says the have a culture- they live it. If you are not a team player, don't want to come to work to have fun, and don't want to love the people you work with, this is not the place for you. You cannot hide at your desk and expect to get through the day.

Cons

Sometimes training can be lacking in certain areas of the bank.

Pros

Great community evolvement, benefits, and a company that is doing very well in the bad economy.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work expected with very small raises, hard to advance in the company, long time employees not treated as faithful great employees. Also, the management is terrible and bad managers are not treated as such. It just rolls down hill if you know what I mean.

Area management as well as management at the Regional level is superb, especially in the Seattle area.

Cons

The incentive plan changes as well as company objectives almost monthly, there really doesn't seem to be a clear direction that executive management has agreed upon.
