      Customer focus at branch level.

      Cons

      Lots of training upfront, management is very busy with conference calls. Staffing shortages are a regular thing and to approve or make requisition changes can take weeks, Branches will regularly run short staffed. Lots of commitments to partner and than left to figure it out.
