Pros

Good health benefits, pretty consistent hours, lots of free coffees and lunches paid by the company, you are given vacation hours up front upon hire, you learn a lot about banking and businesses and meet lots of interesting people

Cons

Understaffed, clientele can be verbally abusive when they have to wait longer than 5 minutes, they push you to sell products and services and if you're not charismatic or persuasive or good at selling then you won't like it, you're in the same room as everyone else all day and everyone can hear your conversations and hear immediately if you fail
