Good company culture at the local level, lots of application and procedural support, small enough that you know who to go to with specific questions or issues. Fun people to work with.

Cons

Poor financial performance in 2023 leading to crazy budget cuts, layoffs, hiring freezes. It's not looking good.

Great staff. All coworkers are great at the individual branches. Work culture is very nice, a lot less pushy sales compared to bigger banks.

Cons

Pay could be better. Bonuses are applied quarterly and they could be better. No longer get paid for opening accounts.
