Pros

My coworkers are the best, the whole bank is filled with people who treat their job as a way to help the community.

Cons

We went through a merger over a year ago and executive leadership still isn't aligned. There isn't a cohesive strategy for growth across all lines of business. There's also little incentive to stay. It's rare to have a raise more than 3%. If you want to grow into a management position, it's better to leave and come back.
