Super friendly and helpful team. Busy, fast-paced environment. An OK benefit package.

Cons

Company culture is based on micromanagement. Team members have to "check in" and "out" via Teams each time they leave their desk. PTO is approved based on level of seniority. And must be requested a year ahead, whenever manager provides one hour timeframe to request it. Low pay offered.
