Pros

They will hook you to work for them with their great Matching 401K and health benefits. With extras that other companies cannot match (example free tickets to the Rose Garden or VIP pass to a concert)

Cons

Unfortunately eventhough I received a good/great review - the pay increase was the lowest I have ever received in over 20 years. Your department will be threaten quarterly by the board of directors for goals that they set and could not be met. The VIP system that is used company wide has MANY problems and is not a good fit for a company this size.

Always out and about never in one place for too long. Everyone who works here is nice and helpful. Our company is huge and there are many different aspects of the business. Great benefits and salaries.

Cons

Lots of after work events. Have to work 6 days a week. Big company sometimes means we get over looked. Lots of expectations working with all of our product.

Productst that we carry. In the field a lot . Meet a lot of great people. special events. Freedom to work own schedule.

Cons

Company is getting to large and forgetting about the people who got them where they are. Piling on new products for reps to sell without giving time to sell or giving enough compensation.
