Confusing training, unreasonable expectations and no human investment

Unrealistic expectations based on training that contradicted direction from superiors and no opportunities to improve because they just fire you or eliminate your position if they don't like you instead of providing guidance so no job security

Yearly raises aren't close to what inflation is, they required everyone to be back in office full time at the end of last year, but most upper and middle management is never in office.
