Pay Hauling kegs up/downstairs Collecting rotting empty cans/bottles and carrying them in your truck/van all day.

It is employment and some of the people are very cool. Definite line between non management and management. Too many chiefs.

Cons

Your job comes before anything. No work life balance regardless of what is displayed on posters. Maybe should look into potential pay increases.
