You get a paycheck every two weeks

They treat employees differently! When I was hurt I was put into the office. I asked for a replacement badge and was told no because you are light duty. I was refused by the customer service manager. I lost it so I wanted a new one. Then everyone has gotten all new work shirts and hoodies and after two years I still only have the three shirts I was given when I was hired. They treat you poorly!

Lots of merch, free sporting/other fun events, self autonomy to a degree, good culture for the most art

Cons

low pay, bad communication, not always a lot of guidance, can be very stressfull and work time can vary vastly
