      Pros

      coworkers-not bosses- are nice and have formed friendships with a few. Absolute child of an owner who lies to his employees.

      Cons

      -decreases pay over time. -absolutely no upward mobility whatsoever, but they will lie and say there is a chance. -Culture of Managers threatening employees and taking benefits away for cost reasons. -Managers are lost and blame sales for under-staffing/ paying merchandisers and delivery teams. - Have not received a raise or inflation bump since I started (3 years ago) -Owner overpromises and lies about distribution and framework of company. -6 employees of a 13 person sales team were let go/fired in 8 months. DON'T WORK HERE
