Pros

Ok pay for the physical labor involved. Unionized so the benefits are good.

Cons

Terrible Work Environment - The Union labor versus Corporate Management situation can make this company unbearable on the warehouse side. Feels like management does not know how to treat its workers with the respect they deserve. Obviously the bottom line is the goal for any business but their could be more of a balance between caring for the employees and the creation of company policy. Often battle silly beauracracy when efficient logistics should be the goal.

Pros

Good work-life balance and good crew of drivers. Start time is fairly early, which means you are normally done earlier in the day. Always nice to have some sunlight to play in after the job is done.

Cons

Pay could be better, micromanagement, hard on the body, and some driver supervisors are beyond lazy.

Friendly company except the team I was on. They are eventually relocating all operations to Portland. keep that in mind.

Cons

Unfortunately above effort is wasted due to toxic teams that are extremely silo-ed. Must stay in your lane or face the consequences.
