Columbia has created power moves geared toward better inclusivity and is making waves! It's becoming more apparent and truly is refreshing. Still has a ways to go, however many changes show commitment to creating a satisfying work place for everyone.

You get to drive some fancy looking trucks.Most of your coworkers and a couple of the supervisors are good people. Lots of hours in the busy season for hard workers.
