Friendly work environment. Sales position with realistic goals and a relaxed competitive envrioment. Not similar to aggressive sales similar to cars or tech. Has taken a more serious direction with diverstiy and inclusion since January of 2020. Improving well.

Cons

Covid Response seems to place sales at expense of employee compensation/health. Sales Teams tend to be forgotten when it comes to the quality of life or culture imporvments.
