Pros

I loved working closely with my team and having each other to reach specific goals for each quarter. I also loved most of my customers, they were great to work with if you establish a good relationship at the beginning. Plenty of opportunity for growth within the company.

Cons

Occasional lack of work-life balance. Training can lack as well when it comes to introducing new roles or establishing promotions.
