Columbia is a rapidly growing company with tons of employment opportunities in a variety of areas. Management appreciates and acknowledges hard work. The brands represented by Columbia are the best in the industry. The employees work hard yet know how to enjoy both work and play.

Cons

The biggest challenge is coordinating efforts between branches and across state lines. Each market is a little different from a cultural standpoint and business landscape. What is effective in one market does not always resonate in the others.
