CDC is a growing company with awesome benefits and competitive wages. Even though Columbia is a large company, they work hard at keeping a family culture and make it a fun place to work. There is definitely room for advancement for anyone who loves a challenge and isn't afraid to work hard. I've been with them for 20 years and hope to work here 20 more years :)

Cons

Can't think of any down sides. Columbia truly is an amazing place to work :)

Truly enjoy all employees and coworkers that I work with, Good work/life balance, feel valued and listened to, company continues to grow, lots of learning opportunities

Cons

Communication isn't always the best, some branches/locations are better than others, pay could be better
