One of my favorite parts of working at Columbia Distributing is being able to sample the wide range of beverages that we have to offer, from our vast portfolio of health and wellness drinks to our awesome craft beer selection, there is always something new to try.
Another huge plus is all of the awesome events Columbia Distributing has for its employees, from the family oriented holiday extravaganza to the infamous Truck Rodeo Columbia's heart beats strong in each event.
Columbia has ample opportunities for you to advance within the company, your level of success is only determined by your own drive. Employees are recognized for their hard work and are promoted accordingly.
For someone like me, organization is something that brings pure joy to my heart. Columbia Distributing is the most organized facility I have ever seen.
And last but not least, the reason I will never leave this company is the people I get the pleasure to work with. The environment is unique here, the camaraderie isn't something to be taken for granted and I truly enjoy being a part of.
Cons
The starting wage could be more competitive, however the overall benefits package does help fill some of that void.
