Pros

It's a great job if you like working really hard with lots of overtime and mostly doing it all yourself. Lots of other great people to talk to while working. Good for early risers. Hard to get fired. Not Micromanaged.

Cons

Extreme lack of communication. Extreme amount of overtime. Expects you to be as fast as flash. During the busy times, you will work from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep. Even worse fact that everyone calls in sick all the time which makes everyone have to work longer.

It is employment and some of the people are very cool. Definite line between non management and management. Too many chiefs.

Cons

Your job comes before anything. No work life balance regardless of what is displayed on posters. Maybe should look into potential pay increases.

The supervisors were friendly. Plenty of overtime if that is what you are looking for.

Cons

The better and faster a worker you are the more accounts they put on your truck.
