Pros
I had some pretty major mental health hurdles to overcome, and they were all super supportive and just awesome about everything. Can't say enough great things about the staff there at Columbia Machine/Okura. Job was cool too. I was enjoying the work and the environment, but ultimately ended up having to leave because of my own stuff going on.
Cons
At the time, we started work at 5am. That's a bit too early for me, but that's about it for me from the gripe department. Great folks there. Bent over backwards to try to help me out. Also, I don't even know if they are still working that early. It may have been just a thing for a bit. Not sure.
